i dont have a layout i have the default one where you dont put any layout codes, but my profile skinny enough so you can see the gray sides. how can i out a picture or colors in so the gray isnt there?

ok here ill send u some screen shots. first u find one u like. by this u go to google.com or yahoo.com or myspace.com n look for myspace layouts. than u will paste it in heros/ wichever catagory u choose like this.
