It is not done that way. in order to paste a picture in a forum you have to host it. visit the site www.imageshack.us then upload the picture you want to display. Then it will give some codes for forum, webs etc. just copy the code for forums and paste into your message box where you type you replies/posts. and see.

login in ur msn messenger.if u dont have download it then after logging in click on option called my msn space
then click on create to create ur photo album
then name the album %26amp; click on save %26amp; close
after that click on edit in ur album display after that click on add photos.then a new window will be opened after that
select the photos from ur PC %26amp; click on upload
