You need to change the size of your photo to the same screen resoluation as your computer is set to. Typical screen resoluations are 640x480, 800x600, and 1024x768. I have my resoluation at 1024x768 so I would need to change the size of the photo to 1024x768. You can download a nice, free photo editor at http://www.gimp.org/windows/
