Save the picture as a .jpg or .gif.

Upload through image hosting sites i.e. photobucket.com or imageshack.us

Copy the to the picture and use it.

You can save the pic to My Documents, and the the best way is to get an account on photbucket.com and they will ask you to browse the pics you want to post. After it is posted they will the URL and the HTML codes to post on sites like Myspace.

To get the URL of an image, right-click it, and hit properties. If you're using Mozilla Firefox, the the URL will be under Location:

I only know about Firefox, but if you're using Internet Explorer, or any other browser, then I think it might be the same thing. When you're wanting to put the image in the background or something, it's

%26lt;style type="text/css"%26gt;

body

{background-image url{"URL"}

%26lt;/style%26gt;

I believe. I think I missed something, but It'll be easier once you see that code. If you want to put the image in your page, though, just add

%26lt;img src="URL OF PIC"%26gt;

and substitude the "URL OF PIC" with the url of the picture you want to use.

Simple. :)
