How do you change the layout on myspace.com?

Ok, I don't wan to know where to get a layout. I want to know how to CHANGE the layout of myspace. Example... move the Add A friend to the right.. OR Better yet, remove it completly and add a link of my own where ever i want. I want to know how to minipulate the entire layout with HTML. I know you can add images and so forth, but I want to take control of the whole page.

Any resource would be appreciated.
