Try creating an account at Photobucket.com, then upload your picture there. It should resize it smaller automtically, and if it doesn't, there is an option where you can make it smaller as many times as you want. (note, though, that you can not make your picture bigger, only smaller. If it gets too small, you'll just have to re-upload it and start over.

IrFran View. When you try to download a pic in myspace ans it is to big it tells you it needs to be downsized. It will give you a link that will highlight when you place your curser on it. The progam if IrFranView. You don't have to change the original picture, just once you change the size you have to save it so you will have 2 of the same picture.
